As a Front End Solution Architect, your focus will be on designing and developing test cubes as well as designing and implementing reporting and analysis environment, including template driven and parameterized reports. Develop prototypes for sales support and iterative development projects. Performance tuning and troubleshooting of issues. Develop customer user interfaces using API.
You will provide professional consulting services on major enterprise initiatives utilizing the Microsoft Framework including web services, enterprise portals and mobile applications. You will build management, technical and planning skills by participating in large projects. You will improve your abilities to think creatively, design solutions, and interact with customers. You will contribute to our vast repository of intellectual property as we employ Microsoft technologies to create a dramatically more personal, integrated computing experience.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Must have a vast amount of experience in architecting and implementing Business Intelligence solutions using the Microsoft BI Technology stack.
Qualified candidates should possess:
Technology consulting experience
Strong data and business process analysis skills
Subject Matter Expert in the BI Stack
Strong understanding of Data Warehousing and Database Design
Full lifecycle experience developing large scale, scalable applications
10 + years demonstrated strong knowledge and proficiency in the following:
- SSIS, SSRS, SSAS
- ETL processes
- .NET Framework
- QA & Testing procedures
- ASP.NET
- C#, Visual Basic .NET
- Microsoft SQL Server 2008
10+ years demonstrated strong knowledge and proficiency in the following development methodologies:
- Object Oriented Development
- Component based development
- Patterns
- Design for reuse
5+ years technical lead experience in one or more of the following roles:
- Web Services Development
- Data Access Development
- Mobile Application Development
- Security
- Application integration
- Testing & Deployment
- User Interface Design
Demonstrated project experience with regard to estimates, planning and deliverables
Proven ability to understand a customer's needs
Experience developing technical requirements based on business imperatives
Strong customer service skills
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft certification
Functional Microsoft technology knowledge of the following:
- SharePoint
- Content Management Server
- Commerce Server
- BizTalk Server
