A Sharepoint Business Analyst Consultant assists our customers to improve performance and align business processes/IT with critical business strategies. The Sharepoint Analyst functions as the advocate for the customer's users and executive team in the design and implementation of enabling technology solutions.

Involved throughout the project lifecycle, a Business Analyst works with our customers to understand as-is and to-be business process flows and requirements, as well as how information flows and changes through the business. The Business Analyst uses this information to assist in the design of the optimal IT solution and works closely with the development team through implementation. The Sharepoint Business Analyst will also provide pre-sales support to the Regional Sales team and will be a key participant on proposal efforts.

The Sharepoint Business Analyst must possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and must have the ability to effectively bridge the gap between the business and IT organizations. A Business Analyst must possess the ability to quickly adapt and contribute to solution design

across a broad range of industries.


Key Responsibilities:

Sharepoint Business Analyst:
Customer facing role --interfacing with the various Business Units primarily our Collaboration practice, technical/dev team, project managers, etc. Help drive, translate, gather and document requirements, supplement Sharepoint project team.


Strong client facing skills

Strong English communications skills

Some SPS development experience desired

Demonstrated ability to handle varied duties/assignments


Define Collaboration Governance Plan for all Collaboration Tools.

Define Collaboration Governance Organization.

Define Automated tools for Governance and associated configuration


Looking for strong business analyst skills

Experience capturing requirements and developing key documents and diagrams are key activities

Must be customer facing
