As a Solution Developer Analyst you will build management, technical and planning skills by participating in projects and interacting with customers. You will be responsible for the following:
- Contribute to the programming of new applications using the .NET Framework, ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, BizTalk, Business Intelligence, SharePoint, Office 2007 and other advanced components of Microsoft technology
- Consult with Avanade's Fortune 500 customers
- Execute test scripts and document the results
- Support, maintain and administer deployed solutions
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 0-3 years of project experience in a consulting environment
Demonstrated functional programming experience and knowledge in one or more of the following:
- .NET Framework
- QA & Testing procedures
- ASP.NET
- C#, Visual Basic .NET, C++
- Microsoft SQL
Demonstrated functional knowledge and experience in one or more of the following development methodologies:
- Object Oriented Development
- Component based development
- Patterns
- Design for reuse
Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated success working in a team
Strong customer service skills
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field
Ability to travel 80% of the time to the customer location
Preferred Qualifications:
3.0 overall GPA
General Microsoft technology knowledge of the following:
- SharePoint Portal Server
- Content Management Server
- BizTalk Server
- Commerce Server
Previous work or internship experience
