As a BizTalk Developer your focus will be on developing and testing mission critical enterprise solutions and implementation of custom application development and selection using the .NET Framework, VB.NET, C#, BizTalk, and other advanced components of Microsoft technology
You will provide professional consulting services on major enterprise initiatives utilizing the Microsoft Framework. You will build management, technical and planning skills by participating in large projects. Consultant will conduct functional design reviews, develop technical designs, conduct programming code reviews, troubleshoot build issues, & support test efforts. You will improve your abilities to think creatively, design solutions, and interact with customers. You will contribute to our vast repository of intellectual property as we employ Microsoft technologies to create a dramatically more personal, integrated computing experience.
Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• BizTalk Senior Developer Qualifications:
• -10+ years software development experience with 5+ years with software design
• - At least 3 large and complex project experience using BizTalk Server
• -Experience translating functional specification into technical specifications supporting object development
• -Experience with designing solutions using BizTalk 2009 and Visual Studio 2010
• -Experience implementing and utilizing Microsoft Team Foundation Server
• -Performance tuning experience on the Microsoft stack
• -Experience in making trade-offs for quality of service requirements such as availability, performance, security, manageability and integration
• -Experience working in a matrix management environment; client, contractor & consultant team setting
• -Excellent verbal, technical (including creation of detailed design documentation) and interpersonal skills
• -Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
Technical Skills Required:
• •-BizTalk 2009 / 2006, Microsoft ESB framework, design patterns, Web services, N-tier design and architecture, Work flow, C#, WCF, SQL Server, SOA, XML and SDLC
Minimum Requirements:
You will have excellent communication skills and will have hands-on experience working on component based applications in a distributed environment. Qualified candidates should possess:
Deep Microsoft platform Skills
Full lifecycle experience developing large scale, scalable applications
3 + years demonstrated strong knowledge and proficiency in the following:
• Knowledge of Visual Studio, C# .NET language, WCF
• Knowledge of XML, XSLT
• Knowledge of MS SQL Server,ASP.Net; AppFabric
Demonstrated project experience with regard to estimates, planning and deliverables
Proven ability to understand a customer's needs
Experience developing technical requirements based on business imperatives
Strong customer service skills
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft certification
Functional Microsoft technology knowledge of the following:
• SharePoint
• Content Management Server
• Commerce Server
• Silverlight/WPF
