As a Lead .NET Developer, you will define the functional and technical design and lead the coding of software applications to meet business requirements. You will apply your functional knowledge and technical expertise in the implementation of configuration changes and maintenance of software applications.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and perform the designing and coding of software.
* Lead and perform the maintenance and repair of applications in accordance with technical and functional specifications.
* Lead the creation, execution and documentation of tests necessary to ensure than an application or technical environment meets performance requirements.
* Identify and implement configuration changes to packaged software applications so that they meet business process requirements.
* Plan and implement all actions required to deploy the application both technically and functionally.
* Assist with the planning, analysis and definition of high-level software strategies and solutions through functional knowledge and an understanding of the enterprise, business system and industry.
* Define the functional and technical requirements of the application.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

* You will have excellent communication skills and will have hands-on experience working on component based applications in a distributed environment.
* Qualified candidates should possess:
* 2+ year technology consulting
* 3 to 5+ years as a programmer
* Deep Microsoft platform Skills

* Full lifecycle experience developing large scale, scalable applications
* 3 + years demonstrated strong knowledge and proficiency in the following:
* .NET Framework
* WCF
* WebService
* ASP.NET
* SQL

* 5+ years demonstrated strong knowledge and proficiency in the following development methodologies:
* Object Oriented Development
* Component based development
* Patterns
* Design for reuse

* 3+ years technical lead experience in one or more of the following roles:
* User Interface Design
* Web Services Development
* Data Access Development
* Mobile Application Development
* Security
* Application integration
* Testing & Deployment

*
Demonstrated project experience with regard to estimates, planning and deliverables

* Proven ability to understand a customer's needs
* Experience developing technical requirements based on business imperatives
* Strong customer service skills
*
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field

*
Must be currently eligible to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

* Microsoft certification
* Functional Microsoft technology knowledge of the following:
* Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007
* WPF
* MVC
