Description

A BizTalk Developer defines the functional and technical design and leads the coding and testing of software applications to meet business requirements. A BizTalk Developer applies functional knowledge and technical expertise in the implementation of configuration changes and maintenance of software applications.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and perform the designing, coding and testing of software.
- Lead and perform the maintenance and repair of applications in accordance with technical and functional specifications.
- Lead the creation, execution and documentation of tests necessary to ensure than an application or technical environment meets performance requirements.
- Identify and implement configuration changes to packaged software applications so that they meet business process requirements.
- Plan and implement all actions required to deploy the application both technically and functionally.
- Assist with the planning, analysis and definition of high-level software strategies and solutions through functional knowledge and an understanding of the enterprise, business system and industry.
- Define the functional and technical requirements of the application.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

You will have excellent communication skills and will have hands-on experience working on component based applications in a distributed environment. The role will be leading in analyze and design of integration of Dynamics CRM to several mainframe systems via BizTalk. Avanade's responsibility is to design the integration points from CRM to BizTalk. Some ability to guide the client in using BizTalk will also be necessary. Qualified candidates should possess:

- 5+ year technology consulting
6-10+ years as a software developer
- Deep Microsoft platform Skills
- Full lifecycle experience developing large scale, scalable applications
- 5 + years demonstrated strong knowledge and proficiency in the following:
- BizTalk
- BizTalk CRM Connector
- NET Framework
- QA & Testing procedures
- ASP.NET
- C#, Visual Basic .NET
- Microsoft SQL

- 2+ years demonstrated strong knowledge and proficiency in the following development methodologies:
- Object Oriented Development
- Component based development
- Patterns
- Design for reuse

- 2+ years technical lead experience in one or more of the following roles:
- Web Services Development
- Data Access Development
- Mobile Application Development
- Security
- Application integration
- Testing & Deployment
- User Interface Design

- Demonstrated project experience with regard to estimates, planning and deliverables
- Proven ability to understand a customer's needs
- Experience developing technical requirements based on business imperatives
- Strong customer service skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field
- You will have excellent communication skills and proven experience delivering Microsoft based eCommerce Solutions.
- Ability to travel 80% of the time to the customer location
- Strong customer service skills
