The Sr. Specialist Comp and Benefits will oversee and support the planning, development, and implementation of new and revised benefits programs, policies, and procedures in Avanade EALA countries. This role will ensure that company benefit programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations. This role will help the implementation and communication of global benefits programs and will manage market intelligence and benchmarking activities for EALA benefits.<br/><br/>This role will report to EALA Comp & Benefits Manager.<br/><br/>Duties and Responsibilities:<br/><br/>-         Responsible for evaluating benefit programs in partnership with local HR team and supporting the annual benefit renewal process<br/><br/>-         Responsible for facilitating successful local and global benefits broker relationship<br/><br/>-         Manage Avanade's multinational pools<br/><br/>-         Responsible for recording and reporting of benefits information in Avanade's global benefits database<br/><br/>-         Keeps apprised of main compensation and benefit trends and regulations within the EALA countries in order to ensure company compliance and market competitiveness<br/><br/>-         Conduct and/or participate in benefits survey for local market assessments<br/><br/>-         Support total rewards communications in local regions such as benefit guides and newsletters.
